Tim Yousif

“I enjoy litigating because it gives my clients their only chance to tell their side of the story to someone who will listen and right a wrong.” Tim litigates not only because he thoroughly enjoys it but also because he knows this makes his clients happy. He understands that clients come to him at their worst and most vulnerable. That litigating is not about him, but about YOU! Many attorneys advertise the amounts they received for other clients, however, the amounts they have recovered for other clients are irrelevant to you. That what matters most to you is what he will do for you and your family! He knows that a happy and satisfied client means that he did a great job for that client. He will do the same for you. Tim is a hometown, homegrown attorney, having attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn, earning a bachelor’s degree, where he graduated with distinction, and the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2002. He is married with four beautiful kids, three boys and one princess. His boys all play travel hockey (so if he doesn’t answer your after-hour call immediately, it’s probably because he is in some hockey rink with bad cell service. But rest assured, he will call you back ASAP. His daughter figure skates and recently learned the forward spin. He loves northern Michigan, especially Glen Arbor and the Upper Peninsula. Lastly, he enjoys riding the many miles of biking trails throughout Michigan and watching all of Detroit’s sports teams.
