Daniel B. Makled is a complex civil litigation expert. Prior to joining Hall Makled he was associated with one of the largest and most reputable litigation-defense firms in the State of Michigan for six years. Mr. Makled’s extensive complex litigation experience allows him to handle a claim from its inception to trial. He handles claims involving fire loss, personal injury, civil rights consumer protection, employment law, automobile negligence, construction law, commercial litigation, and
general personal injury. Mr. Makled is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he graduated cum laude. While in law school Mr. Makled served as a senior member of both the Law Review and the Moot Court Board of Advocates. Mr. Makled had his legal works published in the Law Review, was appointed to the National Advocacy Team, received the Dean’s Scholarship, and
served as a student law-clerk for Chief Judge Gerald Rosen of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Makled is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and of the Wolverine Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
